Matt Bartel

Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Matt Bartel is the founder of what is now the leading faculty activity reporting solution in the world. As CEO of Digital Measures, Matt ensures the organization achieves its vision of fulfilling its clients’ ever-changing needs. Matt is passionate about the company he created and believes that all Digital Measures team members should be challenged, continuously learning, and last but not least, having fun.

Before creating Digital Measures, Matt worked for GE Healthcare and Quad/Graphics where he learned principles of servant leadership and statistical process management. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and a MBA from Marquette University. An avid traveler, he has been to 40+ countries and all of the US states, enjoys thought-provoking theater, photography and serves on multiple nonprofit boards.

Michael Rentas

Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder

Michael Rentas serves as Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for ensuring the success of large-scale initiatives. He joined Digital Measures during its beginning stages in 2001 and played an instrumental role in the company’s growth by taking big ideas and turning them into reality.

Before coming to Digital Measures, Michael was a software developer at Quad/Graphics where he built new software applications for the printing industry innovator. Michael is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where he majored in Management Computer Systems. In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

Steve DeLonge

Chief Client Success Officer

Steve DeLonge is the Chief Client Success Officer at Digital Measures. Steve joined Digital Measures in 2010 as a Solution Specialist, working directly with clients on implementation, long-term planning and strategy. Before Digital Measures, Steve implemented registration and billing software for large medical centers and hospitals while working for Epic Systems.

Steve graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received his MBA from Marquette University. Along with his wife and two children, Steve enjoys spending summers on Wisconsin’s beautiful lakes. Steve loves watching European soccer games and reading about history, often at the same time.

Todd Wintheiser

Chief Financial Officer

Todd Wintheiser serves as Chief Financial Officer at Digital Measures. Todd provides strategic financial leadership including management of the accounting and human resource functions and directs the company’s investments to maximize return.

Prior to joining Digital Measures, Todd had over 20 years of experience in senior financial roles for companies within the software and professional service industries. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an avid Badger fan. In his free time, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife and three children who are all active athletes.

Lisa Wright

Chief Marketing Officer

Lisa Wright is the Chief Marketing Officer at Digital Measures overseeing all direct marketing, communications and sponsorship initiatives. Passionate about branding and creating the right message, she is a seasoned marketer having served in many senior roles including Vice President, Corporate Communications, of the Enterprise Media Group at Dow Jones.

Lisa graduated with an MBA from Harvard University and received her undergraduate degree in English from Boston College. She is active in many community organizations and enjoys travel, running and time outdoors with her family.
