Development Team Lead

The Development Team Lead is responsible for leading Dev team members to efficiently customize our software system for clients. This role will guide vision and processes for the Development team and collaborate with other team leads on the vision for Client Success at Digital Measures.


  • Encourage a collaborative environment through weekly meetings and cross team interactions
  • Professional development of team members through check-ins, goal plans, training, and reviews
  • Manage team workload including hiring, managing leave, and evenly distributing tasks and projects
  • Create, maintain, and monitor team processes
  • Develop, implement and monitor progress towards team strategic plan objectives
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Managed teams of a size and complexity that is commensurate with the future of our strategic plan
  • 3-5 years of software development/technology experience
