Solution Specialist

As a Solution Specialist, you will act as a liaison between our university clients and us. In this role, you’ll have a great, close relationship with the main points of contact on our clients’ campuses who are implementing and maintaining our software. We’ll need you to guide our clients, leveraging Digital Measures resources as you best see fit. Some of our clients have teams of people who will work directly with you while others will simply have one main project manager; some are quite technical while others are not. You’ll get to advise them all on the most efficient and effective ways to achieve their goals with our software, and then help them get there.

Primary Duties Include...

  • Build and maintain strong and productive relationships with new and existing higher education clients
  • Gather and analyze client needs, and work with developers at Digital Measures to implement solutions
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for client issues
  • Train and teach clients about our software
  • Identify new opportunities for clients and advise on the path forward
  • Document, analyze and contribute to the development and maintenance of our tools and processes

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities...

  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Word® and Excel® and web browsers

  • Experience with technical writing a plus

  • Prior experience working with management-level clients strongly preferred
  • Experience working with databases, advanced data manipulation skills with Excel® and REST-style web services a plus


  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field
  • One or more years of technical client service experience required
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
