All new ActivityInsight clients start with a base set of data fields commonly collected by other campuses. The base set can be modified or new fields added to incorporate any data you want to collect. Data fields can also be customized for faculty members or departments, prompting appropriate data fields for their credentials.

Customize the look by adding your institution's logo and colors so the system is instantly recognizable to your faculty.
- Role-based security
Assign security so people can perform the functions that you intend, with access to nothing more. Give access to information for the people in that department to run reports for their unit or department.

- Import existing faculty and course data
Easily import contact information, course loads and other existing information from other student information systems like Banner, Datatel, PeopleSoft, or SIS+. Information can be loaded into any field, eliminating unnecessary data entry and saving valuable time.
- On-campus file storage
Allow faculty to record their activities and store artifacts of their work. Full-texts of publications, PowerPoint files of presentations, funding letters of grants, audio and video recordings of performances, and more.

Faculty too busy? Lend a helping hand by having temporary student workers or departmental assistants enter information for them. Proxies can easily manage data for all of your faculty, or just specific faculty members, with all changes audited.

Logging in is as easy as clicking on a link. Faculty can log in to another system they commonly use, like PeopleSoft, Banner or Blackboard, and click on a link to ActivityInsight without logging in again.
- Web services
Create profiles of your faculty that are always up-to-date. Or access your ActivityInsight data from other systems by syncing with your student information system or other systems.
