Updating your personal information and privacy preferences
Please include your name, address and/or e-mail address when you contact us. In your correspondence, please also indicate with as much detail as possible the location on this Site where you provided your personal information. You should expect a response within 30 days.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services contact us at email@example.com. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Collection of personal information
As a visitor to this Site, you can engage in many activities without providing any personal information. In connection with other activities, such as requesting a demonstration, Digital Measures may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, Digital Measures may ask that you provide us personal information, such as your first and last name, e-mail address, job title and department, telephone number and other personal information.

How your personal information is used

Registration Information is protected in several ways. Your Registration Information resides on secure servers that only selected Digital Measures personnel have access to via password. Digital Measures strives to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing the personal information you submit by using generally accepted industry standards to protect it when it is transmitted to Digital Measures. Personal information that you provide that does not constitute Registration Information also resides on a secure server and is accessible only to selected Digital Measures personnel and contractors via password. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our third party partners employ clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), images and scripts that help them better manage content on our site. We do tie the information gathered to our Customers' or Users' personal information.
If you provide Digital Measures with inconsistent privacy preferences (for example, by indicating on one occasion that we may contact you with marketing offers and indicating on another occasion that we may not), Digital Measures will endeavor to update your privacy preferences in a timely and accurate manner.
