How it works

The process of working with Survey Connect can be broken into three steps:


1. Customize Survey Questions

Set up customized surveys that collect responses to the questions you specify.

Getting started with Survey Connect is easy. You begin by adding questions to the survey instruments you want to run, and specifying the dates during which the survey will run and the contact information for the respondents.

2. Collect Survey Data

The potential survey respondents are contacted.

The respondents you've specified are emailed as soon as your survey is launched. Respondents access the system, where each survey respondant can submit one response. The responses are stored within Survey Connect, ready for your review, and you can even "watch" the responses come in as they are submitted.

3. Generate Reports

Designated administrators generate the reports they need. Access to historical results is always available.

After the surveys have been run, you can obtain the results by accessing Survey Connect. Survey Connect gives you access to the results so you can obtain high-level aggregate statistics and conduct in-depth statistical analyses. You receive results immediately after the surveys are run, when their benefit is of most value.
